Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• ⅓ cup cocoa powder
• ½ cup oil
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp vinegar

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 and line 1, 12 cup cupcake pans with papers
2. Mix all ingredients with a whisk until well blended bake for 20-25 minutes until baked to make a layer cake, double the recipe and split the batter into 2, round cake pans. Increase cooking time to 35 minutes
