- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Chinese five spice powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 2 tsps chili crisp oil added at the end
Chicken
- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions
- Slice the chieken thighs and let marinate in egg white, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, baking soda. Slice your vegetables and set aside
- Mix your seasonings in a seperate bowl and set aside
- Heat up oil in a dutch oven on the stove top. When oil is almost hot, stir 1/2-1 cup of potato startch (corn startch is an ok substitute) into the chicken to fully coat the strips Chicken should be fried about 6-8 minutes then drained on a dish covered in paper towels. Next you can fry your fries until crisp about 6-8 minutes as well and let drain too. After letting the chicken and fries drain a bit, add them both back into the oil (together if they all fit in the pot) and give them a second fry for about 4 minutes
- Transfer them from the pot after frying into a large skillet or wok (already warmed). toss them with seasonings, vegetables. toss and coat everything evenly and cook for a couple more minutes before adding in a couple teaspoons of chili crisp oil and giving one last mix this recipe can also be done using an air fryer (and or using premade chicken tenders)
