White Queso

Ingredients

• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 lb white american cheese
• 8 ounces peppejack cheese
• 1 can of green chilis (or some chopped pickled jalepenos)

Directions

1. Melt everything together low and slow in a saucepan, stirring constantly until fully melted and smooth
